Actually this does not mean anything for you as a user but some links might have been removed and new updates
will come much faster. The Stats server and ToBPower CS:S server 1.0 (2.0 is running as normal) will be up and running very soon.
Update: 2011-08-27 ToBPower CS:S 1.1 Server is up and running as well as the stats1 server (not yet flawless)
